Janelle Mansfield leads Amplified Customer Experience, bringing her nearly 20 years of practical business experience to the table.  Unlike many of her CX colleagues, she combines business outcomes with customer experience.  She leverages her strong business acumen earned from years of experience in the trenches and an MBA to accelerate business results like increased revenue, reduced costs and higher profit.
